The highlight of our trip was the 4-day trek on the Inca Trail. Adriel’s knowledge of the trail’s medicinal plants and their traditional uses added an enriching layer to the trek. Every step felt like a walk through history as he explained the construction and purpose of the trail, leading us to the awe-inspiring Machu Picchu.
Adriel didn’t stop there—he also guided us through Cusco, taking us to iconic sites like Saqsayhuamán and the Sun Temple (Qorikancha). He shared the fascinating stories behind these landmarks, helping us see them as more than just stones but as vibrant pieces of a living culture.
